If an item is damaged upon arrival and picture evidence is provided, an exchange (if applicable*) or refund of the retail price amount is possible.
*Some of my products are one offs or custom made, in which case an exchange won't be possible.
Due to this being a small, one person business, shipping times can vary and depend on me having the time to pack and post the items. I try my best to ship all products within 5-7 working days, please contact me first if you need an item delivered within a specific time frame. Shipping times outside of the UK may vary depending on the method of delivery and country of destination.
